Darren was very knowledgeable and was very helpful on my decision to get a tankless water heater. His work was done in a very professional and clean way. I would like to ad after checking their price is considerably more expensive. Through the gas company same unit would have $3600 verse over $6000🤷🏻‍♂️. I will know to check with the gas company on average price.

Ezekiel was very knowledgeable and thorough. He installed all the proper fittings, shut off valves, flex lines etc. To bring us up to code.he installed our new water heater in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Payless and Ezekiel to others.

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this company. We had them come out to replace a leaking water heater. They were there the same day, replaced the tank, and changed out a few fittings. Unfortunately, we had an issue the next day with a leaking pipe. Again, they promptly responded to our call and sent out two technicians who spent all day in our attic fixing the problem (on their dime). Shout out to Chris, Dustin, Omar and Zeke for jobs well done. It's refreshing to see a company with such strong values in this day and age. Thank you again!!!

I walked into my laundry room and my hot water heater let me know it was time to be replaced. There was water everywhere. I called several places and the best response and price I got was from Payless Water Heaters. Jessica on the phone was quick to get someone out there. She followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Jerry V came out and inspected everything. He explained what needed to be done and let me know what it would cost while here. They needed 2 people for the job because I was replacing a 75 gallon tank for a smaller tank. Jerry and Dustin did the job and they were both great. They were friendly, thorough, and both knew what they were doing. The job was done quickly. They left the work site spotless and everything is working great. I very happy with the work they did and I will recommend them to friends when in need a water heater replacement!

We are very happy with Payless, and their representative David H. They promptly installed our tankless water heater two years ago within hours of when our old tankless heater quit working. David showed us various options and then quickly installed our new system so we could be back up and running with warm water. Since that time he has come when asked to do our annual flush and descaling, so necessary with the hard water in our area.
