Daniel K. came by and was super polite, very efficient and punctual. This was an emergency visit because we had our water heater burst inside the house and there was water everywhere! On top of that he did an amazing job and was very tidy. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this company. We had them come out to replace a leaking water heater. They were there the same day, replaced the tank, and changed out a few fittings. Unfortunately, we had an issue the next day with a leaking pipe. Again, they promptly responded to our call and sent out two technicians who spent all day in our attic fixing the problem (on their dime). Shout out to Chris, Dustin, Omar and Zeke for jobs well done. It's refreshing to see a company with such strong values in this day and age. Thank you again!!!

We are very happy with Payless, and their representative David H. They promptly installed our tankless water heater two years ago within hours of when our old tankless heater quit working. David showed us various options and then quickly installed our new system so we could be back up and running with warm water. Since that time he has come when asked to do our annual flush and descaling, so necessary with the hard water in our area.
