I don’t usually give reviews but, this service deserves one. My overall experience with Payless was efficient and quick turnarounds. Darren, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and was very easy to work with. His craftsmanship is truly impressive. He was respectful of my house. He cleaned up after he was done and was very thorough in his explanation once he was done. The materials used and the new setup is fantastic.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was performed the same day . David was polite and very efficient. It was a good experience.

Danny was so amazing! I had several things going on at once when he came to install my new water heater. He was so patient while I was taking a Zoom call, on the phone and handling a number of other tasks. Danny was efficient and so pleasant to deal with overall. He explained everything and even made recommendations that were so helpful. They also have a price match guarantee so I felt comfortable with the quote. He cleaned everything up again when he was finished and checked to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I could not have asked for a better experience especially dealing with something that is so stressful to handle in the moment. I would highly recommend this company. I used them for my last installation 11 years ago.

This was pretty painless. I called around 10 in the morning and was told someone could be out between 12 and 2. Ezequiel got here a little after 1. He explained everything clearly told me my options and gave me an estimate. I accepted and the whole process took less than an hour and a half. Couldn’t be happier. Ezequiel was professional and did a great job!

Our water heater went out the day before we were planning to host a birthday party at our home. We contacted Payless Water Heaters and they were able to come out next day. Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We opted to switch to a tankless water heater and he was able to convert everything over and get us up and running the same day. He explained everything thoroughly and even processed our So Cal Gas rebate for us. Highly recommend!!!
