The plumbers did an amazing job. They told us what the problem was with our old water heater and we decided to go with a brand new one with all the bells and whistles. Thus is my famiky home and its needs to be done right. The technicians were amazing and very imformative. They were very clean with their work and did an amazing job with out new water heater. We even had some other attachments put in for added safety. They fastened well to the wall and strapped it as it should be by code. I have zero complaints for the company. They sent out Ezequiel because my hot water wasn't staying consistent. He found the issue was something routine maintenance handles, which hadn't been done in seven years since they installed the unit. He walked me through everything he found, then did a full maintenance and descaling on the unit. Very happy with the work, he was thorough and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend him and this company!

David H. took time, and was very patient, to assist me with troubleshooting my Noritz tankless hot water heater problem (hot water not staying on during shower). Through process of elimination, and after serving all components of the unit, David introduced a couple of potential root causes (low water pressure happening before the meter, or incorrect pipe reductions during assembly of the house). David deemed my hot water heater safe and in good condition, there was just not enough pressure demand coming from the main to keep the water heater ignited, a problem that will need to be resolved by my HOA. Thank you Payless and David!!
