Joey O was very professional . He was very prompt arriving in our house . Checked our water heater thoroughly before recommending the best option and solution. He completed the job and made sure everything was clean , tidy and working before leaving . He also went through the whole demo and explained how to work our water heater. I’m very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to friends and relatives

Working with Payless Water Heaters was easy and efficient. I called on a Sunday with issues with our water heater. Evan came out later that same day to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes he was ready to go over the options with me - repair the tank, get a new tank, or get a tankless. We had been talking about tankless for a while, so I asked for those options and he was ready to go over all those details with me. He emailed me quotes to go over with my partner. The next day I called with our decision to go tankless and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day (Monday). Jared came earlier than the given appointment window, which worked out for us so we appreciated that. He got to work right away, had our water back on pretty quickly, kept everything clean, and was finished with the job even faster than anticipated. Hot water is working and we are very happy with the level of service and the friendliness and efficiency of both Evan and Jared.

Juan Carlos (JC) was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation was done in 24 hours from the time I first called. He cleaned up after the work and the tank was stable, which was a previous issue. I would recommend JC and Payless to friends.

My water heater was leaking a little after 11:00 am on a Sunday morning. I went to yelp and submitted my need. I got a number of written replies which asked for email and phone number. The first that called was Payless Water Heaters. They could have a technician out by 1:00. He goes by Jojo and he arrived earlier. We discussed the pros and cons of the various options- replace with a regular tank which he could do right then, gas or electric tankless or heat pump and the pricing of each. The latter two types would need to be done the next day because he would need to get the unit. Based on our discussion I picked gas tankless. Jojo arrived the next day within the window he told me, as he had to get the unit and worked the rest of the day installing it. It’s only been a couple of days but it works perfectly. One thing I didn’t know though was it does make noise when operating luckily it’s in the garage but it can be heard in the adjacent kitchen. Jojo was helpful kind knowledgeable and personable. He mastered the install in an old house replacing a 30+ year old tank with ancient venting and support. As far as pricing it fell with in the range a google search provides. I didn’t get multiple estimates because I felt very confident that with Jojo the job would get done right first and foremost but also quickly.
